SPIT ROAST PORK

Roastbusters will supply a spit roasted pig carved onto a bread roll together with apple sauce, hot sage and onion stuffing and red and brown sauce. Our pigs will serve approximately 120 to 150 people.

It tastes as good as it looks!

SPIT ROAST LAMB

Spit roasted lamb served onto a bread roll with mint sauce. Our lambs will serve between 40-50 people.

Not as big as a hog bust every bit as succulent and tasty.

SPIT ROAST CHICKEN

30 spit roast chickens served hot onto a bread roll with hot sage and onion stuffing.

These chickens will serve 60 people with a full breast each and the wings and legs are left for seconds!.

Alternatively, for larger numbers, we can serve less on each sandwich and serve a leg or wing with it.

These chickens are beautifully moist and taste great.

Paper plates, plastic knives and forks, napkins, salt and pepper.

We have gazebos available in two sizes to suit your garden and the space available.

SALAD

We do not provide specific salad menus as we prefer to tailor make them to suit you the customer.

We can provide the following and more Green Salad, Greek Salad, Coleslaw, Hot Buttered Potatoes with Chopped Parsley, Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta, Tomatoes, Green or Black Olives, Salad Dressing.
